SMB Account Executive
About the role
Own a book of business across warm inbound leads and a targeted SMB account list. Run a high velocity sales motion while maintaining a consultative, solution oriented approach. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to evaluation and contracting. Build clear and compelling ROI narratives grounded in advisor workflows and operational pain points. Deliver tailored demos and product presentations that help prospects understand value quickly. Develop strong relationships with firm owners, operations leads, and senior advisors. Work cross functionally with product and engineering to communicate customer needs, product gaps, and market insights. Create repeatable tactics, messaging, and collateral that improve the performance of the SMB sales team. Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene. Meet and exceed revenue targets and activity expectations with consistency.

Requirements
- Proven experience selling software or SaaS with success in high velocity or SMB motions.
- Ability to run a full sales cycle independently from first touch to close.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- A disciplined operator who can manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and stay organized.
