Smartsheet Consultant
Responsibilities
- Decompose stakeholder requirements, lead solution demonstrations, support testing and UAT, and provide knowledge transfer to ensure successful implementation.
- Improve an existing Smartsheet PPM framework and Resource Management environment to support resource planning, time tracking, forecasting, capacity management, and utilization reporting.
- Configure and enhance reports, dashboards, workflows, and automations to improve project governance, visibility, and operational efficiency.
- Provide expert guidance on Smartsheet architecture, governance, and portfolio management best practices.
- Develop and deploy Control Center blueprints, intake workflows, templates, automated project provisioning, and governance processes.
- Resolve defects within the current environment, particularly within Resource Management integrations and automation gaps.
- Implement timecard functionality and improve visibility into resource capacity (including integration of external PTO/time data).
- Enhance and tailor dashboards for various leadership views and stakeholders.

About the Role
The consultant will quickly acclimate to an existing Smartsheet architecture and enhance functionality, usability, and adoption across the organization. This is not a net-new implementation—it’s enhancement, troubleshooting, and scaling.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
