Smart Kurumsal Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. is hiring Real Estate Valuation Specialists.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture, Geomatics Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Urban and Regional Planning
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the real estate valuation sector
- Possession of a Real Estate Valuation Specialist License issued by the Capital Markets Board (SPK)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- No travel restrictions, active driver with a Class B driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Strong attention to detail, research-oriented, proactive, and analytical thinking skills
- Careful and correct use of Turkish; English language skills are a plus
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Ankara or İzmir
Responsibilities
- Preparation of valuation reports for all types of real estate under SPK and BDDK regulations
- On-site inspection, examination, and detailed official institution reviews of properties subject to valuation
- Ensuring reports are prepared independently and impartially
