Requirements

• Degree from a relevant university department: Architecture, Engineering, or Economics and Administrative Sciences.
• SPK-issued Real Estate Valuation Specialist license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Experience in the real estate sector.
• Residence in one of the following cities: İzmir, Ankara, İstanbul, Giresun, Balıkesir, Samsun, Ordu, or Bursa.
• Proficiency in computer use.
• Class B driver’s license and active driving ability.
