• Interest in the real estate sector and career goals within it
• Commitment to continuous personal development and lifelong learning
• Honesty as a core principle and ability to work harmoniously with the team
• Strong sales skills and a polished appearance
• Desire for unlimited financial growth without restrictions on earnings
• Active driver’s license and ability to use a vehicle
• Residence in Aliağa, Foça, Menemen, Dikili, or Bergama (our office is located in Aliağa)
• Ability to work under a corporate identity and take responsibility
