Seak Gayrimenkul Değerleme A.Ş. is hiring for the position of Gayrimenkul Değerleme Uzmanı in İstanbul Bağcılar and other branch locations.

Requirements

• SPK Gayrimenkul Değerleme Uzmanlığı Lisansı (mandatory)
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs
• B-class driver’s license and active driving ability (preferred; such candidates will be prioritized in pre-evaluation)
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong research skills, and analytical thinking
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Male candidates must have completed military service
• Candidates for İstanbul locations must reside in İstanbul or be able to relocate upon acceptance

Qualifications

• No prior experience in the real estate sector is required
