About the role
Marlboro Manufacturing, a leader in continuous hinge manufacturing, is seeking full-time candidates to join their team.
Working Hours
10 hour shifts from 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday with some overtime on Friday as required.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Safety conscious and follows safety rules
- Able to lift up to 70 lbs
- Basic computer and math skills
- Absenteeism is not acceptable
- Passes drug and alcohol test
- Passes background check
Qualifications
- Able to bend and stand to operate machines
- Able to carry out instructions and training both in written or verbal form
- Shows the ability to use measuring tools, tape measure, calipers
- Able to or learn to set up machines
- Able to write legibly
- Assists in problem solving
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating papers, blueprints
- Prior machine skills and knowledge of hand tools are helpful
- Strives to reach department wide production goals
- Able to work with others
