About the role
Diagnose and repair outdoor small-engine equipment including chainsaws, snowblowers, lawnmowers, UTVs, and ATVs. Provide excellent customer service by assisting with product loading, parts locating, and repair inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, assemble, repair, and document work on small engines and outdoor power equipment
- Manage work orders and assist with warranty claims
Requirements
- Prior small-engine or automotive maintenance experience
- Customer service and retail experience
- Strong communication skills
- At least 18 years old
- Able to work evenings and every other weekend
- Demonstrated safety and loss-prevention awareness
Pay
Base pay up to $18.75 per hour plus weekend premium pay.
