Diagnose and repair outdoor small-engine equipment—chainsaws, snow-blowers, lawnmowers, UTVs, and ATVs—while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate diagnosis and repair of small-engine equipment
- Assist customers with product loading, parts locating, and repair-related questions
- Document repairs, track units, and complete work orders
- Process warranty claims
- Attend manufacturer training seminars
- Adhere to safety and loss-prevention policies
Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Prior experience in small-engine or automotive maintenance
- Customer-service or retail experience
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
Pay
Base pay up to $18.75 per hour, plus weekend premium pay.
