Small Engine Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair outdoor small engine products such as chainsaws, snowblowers, lawnmowers, UTVs, and ATVs.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with product loading, parts locating, and repair questions.
• Assemble, diagnose, and repair small engine and outdoor power equipment.
• Document repairs, track units, and manage work orders efficiently.
• Assist with warranty claims and communicate with customers regarding repairs.
• Attend training sessions to enhance repair skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to safety policies and loss prevention procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in small engine and/or automotive maintenance.
• Customer service and retail experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed.
