Small Engine Repair Instructor

Key Responsibilities

• Provide classroom and hands-on small engine repair instruction for up to 15 students
• Develop lesson plans and deliver state-approved vocational curriculum
• Teach workplace safety, tool use, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair techniques
• Maintain student training records and weekly project status reports
• Safeguard tools, equipment, and Government property

Qualifications

• Relevant state/industry certification or license in small engine repair or a related field
• Demonstrated small engine repair knowledge and instructional ability
• Ability to successfully complete required facility pre-service training
