About the role
The Small Business Relationship Manager NMLS is responsible for delivering excellent customer service in alignment with U.S. Bank Core Values while providing comprehensive financial solutions to complex small business clients with annual revenues generally between $500K and $2.5 million, typically not exceeding $5 million.
Responsibilities
- Possess expert-level consultative selling, financial analysis, and relationship management skills.
- Deliver sophisticated client solutions with advanced business acumen, underwriting expertise, and product knowledge.
- Understand banking operations, sales, new business development, customer service and relations, and community relations.
- Maintain a portfolio and partner across internal and external networks to grow revenue and support client outcomes.

Requirements
- NMLS registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, including ongoing compliance with all legal and regulatory registration requirements.

Compensation
Total compensation includes base compensation in addition to eligibility for incentives based on the employee’s production under the applicable incentive plan.
