Small Business Operations Manager

About the role

This is a key operational leadership role responsible for ensuring the financial, administrative, and day-to-day operations of our growing real estate brokerage run efficiently and with excellence. This is not a clerical role. The Office Manager serves as an integral member of the leadership team, ensuring our office runs efficiently, financials are managed responsibly, and our agents and staff have the structure and support they need to perform at a high level.

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial health of the office, including budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking
• Oversee the administrative functions of the office, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management
• Support the growth of the brokerage by providing guidance and structure to agents and staff
• Maintain financial clarity and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
• Manage multiple operational systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Experience with accounting software and other office management tools

• Strong financial acumen
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
