Demonstrate extraordinary interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive, multi-task, adapt and prioritize in a high-volume, dynamic environment.

Follow Hybrid Approach

• Inbound and Outbound dials to connect with customers who have inquired about our products and services.
• This will include online inquiries, emails, and internal leads submitted through the referral process.
• Everyone you speak with is an existing customer or someone inquiring on how to become a customer.

Who You Are & What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Driven to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Exceptional and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong passion for helping small and medium sized businesses succeed.
• Enthusiasm to learn about Website Design and SEO.
• Ability to handle change in a dynamic environment.

Compensation

The compensation for this position is $16.50/hourly plus uncapped commission earning potential ($85,000 OTE, with top performers earning more).
