SM&E Coordinator
Position Overview
Waldom is looking for an Americas Green Stock Coordinator to support and grow our Green Stock (SM&E) programs across the region.
About the role
In this role, you’ll help manage the return and redistribution of excess electronic components, working closely with suppliers, distributors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Program Coordination: Track and manage return orders to ensure timely processing and resolution. Monitor shipments, follow up on delays, and resolve issues with suppliers.
- Maintain accurate program data, reports, and tracking tools. Support the green stock operations team in maintaining returns.
- Supplier & Partner Support: Communicate with suppliers and distributors on shipping, returns, and program updates. Support onboarding of new suppliers, including setup and training.
- Shipping & Logistics: Coordinate shipments, including scheduling pickups and managing documentation. Track shipments through delivery and confirm receipt.
- Reporting & Analysis: Maintain reports such as aged orders and program performance metrics. Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Share updates with internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Operations, and Purchasing teams to support program success. Participate in regular business reviews and performance discussions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with tools like Power BI, CRM systems, or ERP platforms.
- Exposure to electronic industry.
- Interest in process improvement or operational efficiency.
