About the role

We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to support communication development in a school setting.

Responsibilities

• Implementing speech and language treatment plans created by an SLP
• Providing direct therapy services to students
• Assisting with screening students' communication skills
• Documenting and reporting on progress and therapy sessions
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and staff to support student success
• Participating in team meetings and offering input on student needs

Requirements

• Valid state license as an SLPA
• Previous experience in schools is advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Enthusiastic about helping children reach their full potential
