Responsibilities
- Evaluating, assessing, and developing personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language challenges.
- Modifying therapy approaches as needed based on patient progress.
- Tracking, documenting, and analyzing patient performance and responses to treatment.
- Supporting patients' communication victories and overall progress.
Requirements
- Current licensure or certification according to state regulations.
- SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or equivalent.
- CPR certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
- Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience acceptable.
