SLP - Patient-Focused Rehabilitation Team

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language needs.
• Modify therapy approaches as needed based on patient progress.
• Track, document, and monitor patient performance and response to treatment.
• Support patients' communication victories and overall progress.
• Provide personalized speech therapy in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or certification.
• Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification (must be obtained within 30 days if not already held).
• Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree with relevant experience acceptable.
