About the role

Responsibilities
- Evaluating, assessing, and developing personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language challenges.
- Modifying therapy approaches based on patient needs and progress.
- Tracking, documenting, and analyzing patient performance and responses.
- Celebrating patient victories and supporting their communication goals.
Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification as per state regulations.
- Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- CPR certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
- Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor's degree with relevant experience accepted.
