About the role

Responsibilities

  • Evaluating, assessing, and developing personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language challenges.
  • Modifying therapy approaches as needed to ensure optimal patient progress.
  • Tracking, documenting, and monitoring patient performance and responses to treatment.
  • Celebrating patient victories and supporting their communication goals.

Qualifications

  • Current licensure or certification per state regulations.
  • Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
  • CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
  • Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree with relevant experience acceptable.
