Role Overview

Evaluate, assess, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language challenges. Modify therapy approaches based on patient progress and needs. Monitor, document, and track patient performance, progress, and responses to therapy. Support and celebrate patient victories to encourage motivation and recovery.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification according to state regulations
• Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
• Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience accepted
