SLP Clinical Supervisor Yellow Bus ABA

Responsibilities

• Providing direct supervision and mentorship to Speech-Language Pathologists and Certified Functional-Speech Language Pathologists (CF-SLPs).
• Conducting comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations.
• Oversight of treatment planning and ensuring high-quality, evidence-based therapy.
• Collaboration with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), and families to support interdisciplinary care.
• Delivery of parent coaching and communication strategies to support generalization across settings.
• Maintenance of clinical documentation, session notes, and progress reports for accuracy and quality.
• Support of center-based social language, communication, and pragmatic groups.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• NYS Speech-Language Pathology License.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Experience with ASD populations (center-based or pediatric preferred).

• Comfortable working collaboratively in a center-based, interdisciplinary environment.

Pay

Salary Range: $80-90 per hour (depending on experience)
