About the role
Behavioral Health Works is an expanding company dedicated to responsible and sustainable growth. We deliver personalized ABA therapy for children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Responsibilities
- Oversight of Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure fidelity of treatment plans.
- Conduct regular observations (in-person or via telehealth) of sessions to monitor quality of service delivery.
- Analyze data to determine the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary program modifications.
- Use data to adjust goals, teaching strategies, and behavior interventions as needed.
- Provide parent/caregiver training on behavior interventions and techniques to ensure consistency across environments.
- Stay updated on and adhere to ethical guidelines and legal regulations from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and other governing bodies.
Requirements
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education or a related field.
- Candidates must be actively pursuing BCBA certification and demonstrate progress toward meeting BACB eligibility requirements.
- Two years of experience in ABA or a related field.
- Experience in designing and/or implementing behavior modification intervention services is a huge plus!
- Willingness to undergo a criminal background clearance.
- Proof of a negative TB test, pre-employment physical exam, and having or receiving immunities to MMR/Varicella-Zoster Virus during onboarding.
