About the role

A school district is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide evaluation, treatment, and support services to elementary-aged students. The SLP will perform student evaluations and provide therapy services in accordance with each student’s individualized plan of care.

Responsibilities

• Perform student evaluations
• Provide therapy services aligned with each student’s individualized plan of care
• Document therapy services and maintain compliance with professional standards

Minimum Requirements

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in California
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by contract
• Compliance with all applicable professional standards of practice
• Current CPR certification (if applicable)
• TB screening, PPD, or chest X-ray (if required)
• Current health certificate (per state or contract requirements)
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Schedule

• 40 hours per week
• 10-month contract
• Start date: September 7, 2026

Pay

• Local pay: $94.00/hour
• Travel pay: $56.00/hour
• Travel package available: Up to $4,179/week (for qualified travelers)
