About the role

AVIR Health Group is searching for a resident- and family-focused Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) who thrives as a team builder and is excited to help shape facility culture. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, effective communication, and experience implementing speech-therapy treatment programs in partnership with customers and referral sources. Newly licensed SLPs are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop individualized speech-therapy treatment programs.
• Collaborate with residents, families, referral sources, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Contribute to building a positive, resident-centered facility culture.

Requirements

• Master’s degree and clinical training in Speech Language Pathology.
• Current state license/registration as a Speech Language Pathologist.
