Responsibilities
- Safeguard company assets at all times.
- Circulate assigned slot machine area.
- Ensure great customer service and prompt response to customer needs at all times in tandem with other team members.
- Prepare or approve all slot payout vouchers for fills and jackpots.
- Aid in resolving all customer disputes.
- Observe strict confidentiality in regards to company matters.
- Make minor repairs and adjustments to slot machines as needed.
- Clean interior/exterior of slot machines.
- Answer customer complaints and questions regarding slot machines within his/her authority and ability to do so.
- Create a friendly atmosphere for guests and coworkers.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Previous experience and knowledge that includes: High school education, GED or equivalent experience; experience in gaming industry preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain State of Nevada Gaming Card.
- Must be punctual and have regular and reliable attendance.
- Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
- Perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with minimum supervision.
- Outgoing personality, positive attitude, strong communication skills, and pleasant/clean appearance.
- Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money.
- Ability to grasp, bend, and stoop; push or pull heavy loads weighing up to 40lbs.
- Honesty and Integrity is a must.
