Slot Technician (Horseshoe Bossier)

Responsibilities

• Executes Preventive Maintenance Program standards developed by Slot Performance team.
• Maintains maximum performance and reduces machine downtime by meeting monthly quotas of machines serviced.
• Performs minor repairs of machines during preventive maintenance service time.
• Participates in daily moves and modifications projects to build knowledge and experience.
• Ability to work on integrated circuits, computers, and test equipment.
• Fundamental knowledge of electronics is essential.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Slot Repair school or college graduates preferred.
• Slot technician experience preferable.
• Must obtain Non-Key LA Gaming License and Responsible Vendor Certification.
• Working knowledge of slot machines, jet sorts, and fundamental knowledge of electronics required.
• Must be able to work as a team and provide excellent customer service.
• Must adhere to attendance guidelines, regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
• Must be able to perform assigned duties as directed by Supervisor or Department Head.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to quickly maneuver and work inside assigned area, carrying up to 100 pounds.
• Constantly turning keys, standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling, twisting, handling tasks, solving customer concerns, maintaining appearance, reading, writing, speaking, understanding English, maneuvering around casino slots, tolerating secondhand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.
• Capable of working any day of the week and any shift.
