Slot Technician

General Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree from a slot repair school or college is preferred. Prior slot technician experience is desirable. A working knowledge of slot machines, jet sorts, and electronics fundamentals is necessary. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well with others are essential.

About the Role

Acts as a role model to other employees and promotes a positive work environment. Adheres to attendance guidelines, departmental, and company policies. Performs all assigned duties as directed by supervisors or department heads.

Responsibilities

• Executes Preventive Maintenance Program standards set by the Slot Performance team.
• Maintains maximum machine performance and minimizes downtime by meeting monthly service quotas.
• Performs minor repairs during preventive maintenance service times.
• Participates in daily move and modification projects to enhance knowledge and skill levels.
• Works on integrated circuits, computers, and test equipment.
• Displays fundamental knowledge of electronics.

Requirements

• Quickly maneuvers and works within assigned areas, handling up to 100 pounds.
• Constantly turns keys and stands/walks for extended periods.
• Bends, crouches, kneels, and twists as needed.
• Holds fine motor skills for handling tasks.
• Handles and resolves customer concerns effectively.
• Presents a neat appearance.
• Reads, writes, speaks, and understands English.

Physical & Mental Demands
