Slot Technician

Responsibilities Knows and abides by Hard Rocks policies, procedures, internal controls and courtesy guidelines.Performs all duties in accordance with state gaming regulations.Repairs slots equipment and other gaming related equipment.Performs general maintenance as assigned or in accordance with existing procedures.Performs for the installation, movement, denomination, and game change of slot machines as directed by management.Safeguards the company's assets assigned.Ensures that all necessary precautions are taken to maintain company safety standards while repairing slots equipment and other gaming related equipment.Performs predetermined tests and checks on specific machines to establish causes for identified problems as reported by management or slot floor personnel.Adheres to department and property policies and procedures.Maintains knowledge of property information & memorabilia.Upholds the Mission Statement – We create authentic experiences that rock. Ability to effectively analyze and solve problems.Basic knowledge of mathematics, including statistics.
