About the role

Responsible for maintenance of all Slots.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service
• Performs maintenance on Slot Machines.
• Handles temporary and permanent removal of funds from slots.
• Checks Slot machines to determine if there is fraudulent activity.
• Replaces chips, logic boards and currency acceptors.
• Maintenance of slot related signage.
• Maintaining inventory logs on all Slot department parts
• Maintaining logs detailing receipt and/or return of all Slot Department.

Qualifications

Gaming experience preferred.

Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• 1 or more years related experience and/or training or combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Ability to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 mile, climbing stairs and sitting at a desk/work station for the duration of the shift.
• May be subjected to a smoke‑filled environment.
• Typically housed in an office environment; noise level moderate but may escalate in the casino environment.
• Ability to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis.
• Sufficient dexterity of hand to use office equipment such as a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi‑line telephone.
