About the role
This position involves the maintenance of all Slot machines.
Responsibilities
- Provides excellent guest service
- Performs maintenance on Slot Machines
- Handles temporary and permanent removal of funds from slots
- Checks Slot machines to determine if there is fraudulent activity
- Replaces chips, logic boards and currency acceptors
- Maintenance of slot related signage
- Maintains inventory logs on all Slot department parts
- Maintains logs detailing receipt and/or return of all Slot Department
Qualifications
- GAMING EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
- EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or G.E.D., 1 or more years related experience and/or training or combination of education and experience
- Must be able to communicate in English
