About the role

Slot Technicians are responsible for the overall repair and maintenance of all electrical and mechanical player terminals. Practices, supports, and maintains the Mission, Vision and Values of the casino.

Responsibilities

• Repair, overhaul, and perform preventative maintenance on all player terminals to ensure optimal operation.
• Proactively identify problems and solutions, and follow up with the Slot Tech Supervisor.
• Assist in moving and installing gaming devices as needed.
• Breakdown, relocate, and re-setup machines and stands for relocation.
• Maintain accurate and thorough departmental records and reports.
• Learn and ensure policies and procedures are followed per the department’s Internal Controls.
• Perform other assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Six (6) months experience working in Slot Operations or as a Slot Technician, or other related electrical or IT experience.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Strong guest service and problem-solving skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise, smoke, and temperature levels.
• Ability to secure and maintain a STATE OR TRIBAL Gaming License.
