About the role
Granite State Gaming & Hospitality, a subsidiary of G2 Gaming, supports community nonprofit organizations in New Hampshire through innovative entertainment, hospitality, and gaming experiences. Responsibilities
- Support the technology behind the casino floor, including gaming machines and network infrastructure.
- Ensure smooth operation of Slots, HHR machines, POS systems, surveillance, and other tech systems.
- Install, move, retire, and troubleshoot Slots and HHR Electronic Gaming Machines.
- Set up and maintain Casino Management System (CMS) data and tools.
- Support and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, access points, wiring).
- Install and support PCs, ticket redemption, and ATM machines.
- Maintain A/V equipment, TVs, sound systems, and media players.
- Ensure functionality of security systems (surveillance, access control).
- Work with vendors and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Document network layouts and configurations.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming license.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in an active, variable environment.
- Exposure to secondhand smoke and loud environments may occur.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in IT support or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of networking and PC troubleshooting.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and with teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a casino/hospitality environment is a plus.
- Network certifications preferred.
