Position Summary
The Slot Performance Manager is a key role responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive and detailed slot strategy roadmap. Leveraging slot trends, performance, labor and P&L analysis reports, and overseeing the performance applications of the Slot department, the manager will provide strategic recommendations and roadmaps aligned with the vision of the Executive leadership. With a primary focus on maximizing revenue for the property, the Slot Performance Manager will actively and continuously refine the slot strategy and budgets to drive exceptional results.
Essential Functions
- Provide timely and insightful recommendations and reports to Executive Leadership, contributing to the efficient day-to-day operation of the slot floor.
- Possess a deep understanding of slot products and their individual and collective performance on the gaming floor, enabling informed decisions regarding slot product additions, removals, and upgrades.
- Deliver well-prepared and comprehensive product plans on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to the slot team, including the Slot Technical Manager, Operations Manager, and Executive leadership.
- Collaborate with the Slot Technical team to effectively administer and manage all departmental systems, including but not limited to IGT machine accounting, RealWinn Solutions, and OPTX.
- Create and maintain accurate spreadsheets that support machine capital purchases and proposals, offering revenue estimations and informed investment decisions.
- Aid the Slot Operations team in conducting detailed analysis aimed at optimizing schedules to achieve the ideal labor-to-business volume ratio, ensuring operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Stay at the forefront of industry advancements by conducting research and evaluating new slot manufacturers and technologies, assessing potential partnerships to keep Graton ahead of the competition.
- Prepare the financial review documentation highlighting areas for improvement.
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the department and organization.
