Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Station Casinos' "We Win Hearts" Company-wide culture.
Responsibilities
- Create all day-to-day operational policies and procedures for the Rewards Center.
- Hire, schedule and train Rewards Center Team Members.
- Maintain proper scheduling levels for the Rewards Center.
- Assist staff in facilitating all Guest requests.
- Manage inventory for the Rewards Center.
Qualifications
- Effective communication skills with Guests, Team Members and Management.
- Proficiency in CMS, LMS, Infogenesis and Microsoft Office.
- Previous management or supervision experience is required.
