Slot Floor Supervisor- Swing- Omaha

Responsibilities
- Practice, support, and uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming Omaha.
- Supervise daily Slot Operations activities during assigned shifts.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies that enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Verify and/or process jackpots in accordance with property Internal Controls and company policies.
- Prepare and manage daily and weekly team schedules to ensure adequate departmental coverage.
- Ensure compliance with federal currency transaction reporting requirements and gaming regulations.
- Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service while resolving guest concerns with ownership and follow-through.
- Maintain accountability and security of keys, radios, handheld devices, and other issued equipment.
- Support, coach, and develop team members to promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Attend and participate in required meetings, training sessions, and compliance programs.
- Adhere to all Company Compulsive and Problem Gambling policies, including regulations regarding minors and intoxicated guests.
- Maintain flexibility to work varying schedules based on operational needs.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Racing and Gaming Commission (NRGC) Gaming License.
- Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
Qualifications
- Three (3) or more years of guest service experience in a high-volume casino, gaming, hospitality, or resort environment (preferred).
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience (preferred).
- Experience with slot management systems and player tracking systems (preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (preferred).
- Technical knowledge of slot machines and gaming technology (preferred).

Pay
$27.40 per hour
Work Environment
This position operates in a fast-paced casino environment and may involve prolonged standing and walking, exposure to secondhand smoke, loud noises, and extended work hours during peak business periods.
Nebraska Racing and Gaming Commission (NRGC) Gaming License required.
