Responsibilities

• Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards
• Provides cash handling service to casino patrons
• Pays and verifies jackpots on slot machines according to established procedures
• Promotes the Players Club card program; understands current card benefits and information and presents program to customers
• Communicates all customer service issues to key personnel
• Responsible for assigned casino funds and proper handling of funds exchanges
• Performs customer booth transactions
• Assists in training new personnel as needed
• Monitors work areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met and customer requests are addressed and resolved
• Assists patrons with general questions concerning the casino
• Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned
• Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Basic math and cash handling skills required, including the ability to count money and make change
• Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization
• Must have the ability to work any shift or hours as needed
