Slot Casino Service Representative - Slot Operations

About the role

The Slot Attendant supports Floor Supervisors with operational responsibilities by circulating throughout the assigned casino area and servicing player guests on Slot machines.

Responsibilities

• Redeem winning voucher tickets and make change for players.
• Assist in the verification and payment of W2G jackpots.
• Provide instructions for slot play and promote positive public/employee relations.
• Report emergencies (e.g., intoxicated, obnoxious, or cheating persons) to the supervisor immediately.
• Report non-working slot machines and affix "out of order" cards.
• Maintain a clean and safe area for guests.
• Pay jackpots and perform other duties as assigned.
• Manage cash banks issued and tickets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in Slot operations in a similar position.
• Knowledge of all casino slot machines and games.
• Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) specific to position responsibilities.
• Ability to balance cash bank.
