Slitter Supervisor

On-siteOTHRFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes intro about company, then job description. We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should only include sections that have real specific content. We have: - About the role: could be summary paragraph. The posting includes "Summary" section. So we can have

About the role

then

with summary. - Responsibilities: "What You'll Do" list. - Requirements: maybe Education & Experience. - Qualifications: maybe "What You'll Bring" includes education/experience and skills? Actually "What You'll Bring" includes Education & Experience and Skills & Abilities. Could split: Requirements (Education & Experience) and Skills (Skills & Abilities). Or combine. - Benefits: there is "Benefits Include" list. - Pay: there is "Pay & Benefits: Competitive Compensation + Comprehensive Benefits Package" and later "What to Expect MPG offers a leading-edge compensation package..." includes details. So we have Pay details. - Schedule: there is "Schedule: Full-Time | 7pm-7am (Night Shift), 2,2,3,2 rotation". So schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like privacy notices, EEO, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, application instructions, etc. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include details like location, FLSA status? Possibly location can be in a short paragraph under About the role or separate? The instruction: "fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So location and FLSA status can be minor metadata; we can include in a short p. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. But we can include Pay section with actual details: they gave specifics: "Competitive Compensation + Comprehensive Benefits Package", then later details: "A highly competitive compensation 'above the industry' commensurate with experience which includes an annual incentive bonus plan 100% Employer-paid medical, dental base plan, vision, life/AD&D, and short-term and long-term disability, while subsidizing premiums for medical, dental, and vision for employee dependents 401(k) Plan with up to a 6% (dollar for dollar) Employer match Health Savings/Flexible Spending Account options Paid time off, including 10 company-paid holidays, plus 1 floating holiday Employee Assistance Program Comprehensive relocation package available for qualified candidates And, much more!" We need to include that as Benefits and Pay. However we must not create Pay section if it's just generic? But they gave specifics, so we can include Pay section with those details. Benefits also have list: "Competitive CompensationMedical, Dental, and Vision Coverage401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time Off and HolidaysCareer Development OpportunitiesEmployee Assistance ProgramWellness Programs". That's a bit garbled but we can extract list. Better to combine Pay and Benefits? The instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could have a single "Compensation & Benefits" section. But they ask to use headings like Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can include them if they have content. We'll include: - About the role (summary + location + FLSA status maybe as short p) - Responsibilities (What You'll Do) - Requirements (Education & Experience) - Skills (Skills & Abilities) - Compensation & Benefits (maybe combine Pay and Benefits) but we need separate headings? Could do Benefits and Pay separate but risk thin. However we have decent content for both. Let's decide: We'll have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Check each for substantive content: About the role: we have summary paragraph plus location and FLSA status. Good. Responsibilities: list of duties. Requirements: Education & Experience (High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred. 4+ years manufacturing experience. Previous supervisory experience required. Experience in Slitter operations preferred. Printing industry experience preferred. Lean Manufacturing, ISO, OSHA, 5S, or continuous improvement experience is a plus.) Skills: Skills & Abilities list. Benefits: list from "Benefits Include" and also from "What to Expect" maybe overlapping. We'll combine. Pay: details from "What to Expect" about compensation: competitive compensation above industry, annual incentive bonus, 100% employer-paid medical etc, 401(k) match, HSA/FSA, PTO, holidays, EAP, relocation package. Schedule: given. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, privacy notices, application instructions, etc. Now produce HTML fragment. Use

for each section heading. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title. Not include "Slitter Supervisor" as heading. Let's craft. About the role: combine summary paragraph and location/FLA status maybe as a short p. Summary: "The Slitter Supervisor is responsible for leading daily operations within the Slitter department while ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently, and according to customer specifications and quality standards. This hands-on leadership role provides direct supervision, coaching, and operational support to production employees while partnering with management and cross-functional teams to achieve productivity, quality, safety, cost, and delivery goals." Location: "Location: Raleigh, NC". FLSA: "FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt". Schedule is separate. We could put location and FLSA in a p: "

Location: Raleigh, NC | FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt

" but we should avoid strong? Not prohibited. Use plain text. Better: "

Location: Raleigh, NC. FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt.

" Now Responsibilities: list from "What You'll Do". We'll bullet each. Requirements: list from Education & Experience. Skills: list from Skills & Abilities. Benefits: list from Benefits Include and What to Expect (but some overlap). We'll combine unique items. Let's extract Benefits Include list: "Competitive CompensationMedical, Dental, and Vision Coverage401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time Off and HolidaysCareer Development OpportunitiesEmployee Assistance ProgramWellness Programs". This seems missing spaces. We'll interpret as: - Competitive Compensation - Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage - 401(k) with Company Match - Paid Time Off and Holidays - Career Development Opportunities - Employee Assistance Program - Wellness Programs From What to Expect: "A highly competitive compensation 'above the industry' commensurate with experience which includes an annual incentive bonus plan100% Employer-paid medical, dental base plan, vision, life/AD&D, and short-term and long-term disability, while subsidizing premiums for medical, dental, and vision for employee dependents401(k) Plan with up to a 6% (dollar for dollar) Employer matchHealth Savings/Flexible Spending Account optionsPaid time off, including 10 company-paid holidays, plus 1 floating holiday Employee Assistance ProgramComprehensive relocation package available for qualified candidatesAnd, much more!" We'll extract: - Competitive compensation above industry with annual incentive bonus plan - 100% employer-paid medical, dental base plan, vision, life/AD&D, short-term and long-term disability - Subsidized premiums for medical, dental, and vision for employee dependents - 401(k) plan with up to 6% dollar-for-dollar employer match - Health Savings/Flexible Spending Account options - Paid time off: 10 company-paid holidays plus 1 floating holiday - Employee Assistance Program - Comprehensive relocation package for qualified candidates We can combine with earlier list, avoiding duplicates. Pay section: we could include compensation details: competitive compensation, annual incentive bonus, etc. But Benefits already includes compensation. Maybe better to have Pay section with compensation details (salary, bonus) and Benefits with insurance, retirement, etc. However we have limited distinct content. To avoid thin sections, we could merge Pay and Benefits into one "Compensation & Benefits". But the instruction says use headings like Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It doesn't forbid merging but says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could have Benefits and Pay separate if each has enough content. Pay: we have details about compensation: competitive compensation, annual incentive bonus. That's thin. Benefits: we have insurance, retirement, PTO, etc. That's substantive. Thus maybe we keep Benefits section with all compensation and benefits details, and omit Pay section (or combine). But the instruction says "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state Pay & Benefits: Competitive Compensation + Comprehensive Benefits Package. So there is mention of Pay. So we should include Pay section with the compensation details (competitive compensation, annual incentive bonus). Benefits section with the rest. Thus Pay section: short paragraph: "Competitive compensation above industry with annual incentive bonus plan." Could also mention that it's part of leading-edge compensation package. We'll keep. Benefits section: list of medical, dental, vision, 401(k), HSA/FSA, PTO, holidays, EAP, relocation, wellness programs, career development. Now Schedule: we have "Full-Time | 7pm-7am (Night Shift), 2,2,3,2 rotation". We'll put in

. Now ensure we don't include any boilerplate like "Click here to review our Privacy Notice", "EEO", etc. Now produce HTML. We'll need to wrap sections in appropriate tags. Let's craft:
