SLIDESPEAK: PRODUCT MANAGER

About the role

Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and conduct product demos, ensuring our solutions meet their needs (demos calls, customer support)

Project management: Organize and prioritize Linear (Jira is 💀) tickets

Help manage sprints to ensure project milestones are met on time.

Suggest features based on customer insights and work closely with our UI/UX designer to review and refine designs, enhancing user experience.

Drafting and designing features in Figma

Contribute to the strategic planning of the product roadmap, analyzing pricing strategies and exploring potential business deals.

Assist in content creation for our product documentation and help articles to support our users effectively.

Establish product development processes (roadmapping, sprint cycles, design and engineering workflows)

Track product metrics and improvements

Implement low/no-code product features and automations (e.g. email automation)

Setup landing pages an other marketing material to promote product features

Responsibilities

• Analyze usage data from PostHog, database queries, and session recordings to derive actionable insights that drive product improvements.
• Help manage sprints to ensure project milestones are met on time.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Product for a startup.
• Advanced technical knowledge.
• Experience with Figma.
• Experience working with APIs, AI tools and related.
• Strong analytical skills with, ideally experienced with tools like databases, Analytics tools (PostHog, MixPanel, Amplitude, …).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working closely with both customers and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management software, preferably Linear or Jira.
• Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
