Sleep Lab Manager

Responsibilities

• Aid in training, supervising, motivating, and evaluating Commissioned Retail Sales Consultants in the Store.
• Observe, coach, and work on the sales floor with Sales Consultants to enhance their selling skills.
• Oversee Bedding Sales Consultants to ensure optimal levels of customer service are met.
• Effectively interact with customers and various departments to resolve sales orders and customer situations.
• Train and update Bedding Sales Consultants on all products, store policies, and analyze daily business to optimize operations.
• Collaborate with Senior Managers to achieve or surpass sales volume targets.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of management or Lead experience.
• 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably with commission.
• Strong multi-tasking, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and direct others.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, demanding, and competitive environment.

Qualifications

Pay

Pay Range: $80,000 - $85,000
