Responsibilities
- Elevate the customer’s in-store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products.
- Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools to support a seamless omnichannel experience.
- Create a customer-centric environment by cultivating strong relationships and providing technical/product expertise.
- Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting initiatives.
- Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
- Stay aware of competitor offerings, advertisements, and services.
- Leverage social media to boost brand awareness and increase sales.
- Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds as part of the role.

Pay
Competitive pay range of $59,000–$71,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional bonus opportunities may be available for eligible roles at the company’s discretion.
