Responsibilities
- Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools to support a seamless omnichannel experience.
- Create a compelling and engaging in-store environment that puts the customer at the center.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships and provide technical and product knowledge as a subject matter expert.
- Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting initiatives.
- Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
- Stay aware of competition, advertisements, and services offered by competitors.
- Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
- Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.

Pay
Competitive pay range of $65,000–$72,000, depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available at the company’s discretion.
Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is required. Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. will be needed.
