About the role
The Sleep Expert will elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience by being a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. You’ll execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools, support a seamless omnichannel experience, and cultivate strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and product knowledge to customers as a subject matter expert.
- Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values.
- Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
- Maintain awareness of competitors, advertisements, and services offered by competitors.
- Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
- Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.

Pay
Competitive pay range of $59,000–$72,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional bonus opportunities may be available for eligible roles.
