Sleep Expert - Sales

Job Details

The Sleep Expert will elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience by being a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. Experts will execute Mattress Firm selling programs with the use of digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience to create a compelling and engaging environment that puts the customer at the center.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.

Qualifications

The Sleep Expert position requires:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
• Knowledge of Mattress Firm products and services.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Strong understanding of Mattress Firm products and services.

Pay

Competitive pay range of $68,000-$83,000 * depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.

Schedule

The Sleep Expert may cover shifts in a 30-45 minute radius of the home location.
