About the role

This isn’t your typical retail job—achieve your financial dreams with uncapped commissions and a 401(k) match. The Sleep Expert will elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience by being a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. Experts will execute Mattress Firm selling programs with the use of digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience to create a compelling and engaging environment that puts the customer at the center.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• _lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who can lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds. Applicants must be able to pass a background check.

Pay

Competitive pay range of $63,000 to $77,000 per year * depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.

Schedule

Compensation: Base pay or uncapped commission.
