Sleep Care Coach

About the role

Integrated Sleep Care, a Pivotal Health Company, is growing and looking for compassionate, motivated professionals to join our team as a Remote Sleep Care Coach. In this role, you'll become a trusted resource for patients undergoing CPAP therapy for obstructive sleep apnea. Through education, encouragement, and ongoing support, you'll help patients build healthy habits that improve their sleep, health, and quality of life. Your support can directly influence a patient's success with CPAP therapy and improve long-term health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide education and coaching to patients using CPAP therapy
• Encourage long-term therapy adherence through motivation, accountability, and support
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to patients and caregivers
• Respond to inbound patient and caregiver inquiries
• Review daily patient activity within the Sanusom Portal (reporting only, no clinical interpretation)
• Help identify and address barriers impacting therapy success
• Coordinate with physician offices and DME providers regarding non-clinical patient needs
• Schedule and reschedule patient appointments as needed
• Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic systems
• Participate in team meetings, training, and quality initiatives
• Remain available and engaged during scheduled work hours

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate, encourage, and support patients
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfort using computers, web-based platforms, and remote technology

Qualifications

• Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Exercise Science, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Social Work, or related healthcare/behavioral health fields
• Relevant healthcare, coaching, counseling, or patient support experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

$20-$23/hr DOE

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST
