Slab Production Operator - Night Shift
Responsibilities
with- .
Qualifications & Skills: includes ability to become certified in forklift etc, communication skills, basic computer skills, preferred qualifications, minimum requirements, Cambria Success Factors, Physical Requirements, PPE requirements. We need to separate Qualifications and Skills maybe. But we can combine into one section "Qualifications" or separate "Qualifications" and "Skills". The instruction: use headings for section headings e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can have Qualifications and Skills separate if content exists.
We have Qualifications: ability to become certified in forklift etc, ability to become certified in Lockout Tag-Out, chemical handling, respirator cert, excellent written/verbal communication, basic computer skills. Also Preferred Qualifications: critical thinking, troubleshooting, basic math, mechanically inclined, industrial work experience, HS diploma or GED. Minimum Requirements: Education HS diploma or GED, Experience none, Systems none. Cambria Success Factors: list of traits. Physical Requirements: list. PPE Requirements: list.
Skills: maybe the abilities and certifications are skills. Could put under Skills. But we have both Qualifications and Skills sections; we need to decide what goes where. Could put certifications and education under Qualifications, and soft skills like communication, computer skills under Skills. Also preferred qualifications maybe under Qualifications.
Pay: we have Cambria’s starting hourly range $17.15 - $22.66, shift differential 15% for overnight shifts. So we can include Pay section.
Schedule: we have block shifts description, standard shifts: 2nd shift M-F 3pm-11pm, 3rd shift Su-Thur and M-F 11pm-7am. Also mention schedules made in block and standard schedules. So we can include Schedule section.
Benefits: we have many benefits listed.
About the role: maybe introductory paragraph about monitoring and operating stone processing equipment etc. Could be "About the role". We'll include that.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. There's some philanthropy text at end; we can drop as not required? It's not boilerplate but maybe not needed; but we can keep if it's substantive? It's about company philanthropy; not required but could be included under About the role? Might be considered extra but not prohibited. Safer to keep only job-related content. The philanthropy is not directly about the job; could be omitted. Also the background verification note maybe can be omitted as not essential? It's not boilerplate but could be considered part of hiring process; but instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Background verification is not exactly those but could be considered legal; but it's about offer contingency. Might be considered legal; safer to omit.
We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details about benefits, responsibilities, qualifications, etc. If we omit something like philanthropy, that's substantive? It's about company but not job-specific; maybe still substantive but not required? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." That suggests we should keep everything that is substantive to the job posting. Philanthropy is not directly about the job but is part of the description; still substantive. However, we could include it under About the role or a separate section like "Company Culture". But we only have allowed headings list; we could add a section like "About the role" and include that philanthropy there. It's okay.
We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual numbers for pay, schedule details, benefits list.
