About the role
The Production Operator is responsible for operating machinery and equipment to process materials in a safe and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment
- Monitor production processes and adjust as necessary
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Document operational data and report issues to supervisors
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Qualifications
- Experience with industrial machinery and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
