Production Operator- Night Shift

About the role

Darigold is seeking a motivated Production Operator to join the Operations team at the Rainier Avenue plant in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple repetitive tasks, and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Safe and efficient operation of an assigned machine
• Maintain an organized work area and perform ongoing cleaning tasks in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices
• Maintain efficiency standards set for the operating area
• Work independently without direct supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Complete multiple repetitive tasks
• Show strong attention to details and commitment to producing high-quality products
• Work with others to achieve team goals
• Be available for multiple shifts in a 24/7 environment
• Maintain high attendance standards and be trusted with a high level of responsibility
• Be capable of heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and standing for extended periods
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, mechanical skills desirable
• Nice to have: High school or GED, experience in a manufacturing environment, food processing preferred, mechanical skills preferred

Qualifications

• High school or GED
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, food processing preferred
• Mechanical skills preferred

Pay

Compensation range: $29.14-$36.43 based on contract brackets
